- Antipasto: a selection of cold meats, marinated and char-grilled vegetables, pate, cheese olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and caramelised tomatoes.
- Gourmet sandwiches: a delicious selection of ham, turkey, roast beef, and salmon sandwiches
- Cheese and Fruit Platter: Brie, blue, cheddar, dried fruit, crisp breads, selection of fruit muscatlies e.g. grapes

Option #2: $65 / per head (minimum of 10 people)

- Seafood: a delicious selection of salmon, prawns, oysters, crabs, balmain bugs with delicious sauces
- Cheese and Fruit Platter: Brie, blue, cheddar, dried fruit, crisp breads, selection of fruit muscatlies e.g. grapes

48hrs is appreciated to allow us to cater to your needs. All prices include GST.

* For guests who are self catering, there is a $30 boat cleaning fee.
