First Post
So this is my first ever attempt at a blog and I do hope I get better and more interesting as time goes by. We have now launched our new site and have finished ironing out all the little kinks, so if anyone has any comments or suggestions about the site then please email them to us at info@sydneysailing.com as we would appreciate the feedback.
The warm weather is upon us and the charters have started rolling in. My advice to anyone thinking about having an event on the water is to start securing your dates as they don’t hang around to long (especially for December).
We are also happy to offer catering to our clients this year through Wicked Foods. They do a really great job with the food at a really great price and we have been receiving excellent feedback from our clients who have used them on their charter already.
I love going out on the yacht on Sydney’s beautiful harbour and I am lucky to be able to do this often as a deckhand for some of our charters. I will look to take some photos from the boat this summer and share them with you so you can see things from my perspective. I always notice something new each time I am on the water and about a month or so ago I fortunately spotted a seal off the back of the boat. It was just playing around near the boat just off Luna park at Lavender Bay and it was a real treat to watch. I also looked up and was startled by some nude bathers once as we passed what I now know is one of the nude beaches in the harbour. You just never know what you might see from the yacht!
